Savannah milestones

Hello!

It's been a while since I posted and a few things have happened with Ms Savannah.

I said to someone the other day this is the hardest job but without a doubt the most rewarding. I feel blessed I get to spend this time with her and watch her grow, learn and discover! Milestone #1: we had our first plane ride to Arkansas for Thanksgiving. All things considered she did really well. She had some trouble with the descent into Chicago but overall a success. Its funny she got more fussy waiting in line to get on the plane but the nice men with the cowboy hats were a good distraction :)
Milestone #2: we are eating solids. We have started off with some rice cereal.. then some applesauce, banannas and sweet potatoes. We even had some chicken tetrazini Gran made when we were in Arkansas for Thanksgiving - we really liked that!
Milestone #3: We rolled over from our back onto our belly. She is not a big fan of tummy time therefore rolling from belly to back will probably take a little more time.

She will be 6 mos just short of Christmas day - I can't believe it. This Christmas will be exciting but next year will be so much fun watching her take it all in! Van and I plan to take her on Monday to the mall to get her picture with Santa - another milestone we will get to cherish :)
